The main purpose of the visit was to give South African social housing practitioners and professionals an overview of how the parties involved in social housing delivery process (social housing institutions, professionals, muncipalities) work together, what challenges they are faced with and what strategies they have in dealing with these challenges in order for them to see how this experience and knowledge can contribute to the social housing delivery process in South Africa.
